Christmas Grotto

For The Centre MK, Milton Keynes

An inspiring festive and theatrical opportunity set within the most wonderful event space. Middleton Hall at Christmas time is a feast for the senses, a joyous and spectacular moment for all to devour and Eskimo Jo Events have proudly been part of the team delivering a magical Christmas here since 2013!

The Centre MK has entrusted us with the responsibility and opportunity to explore new immersive experiences each season within their wonderfully festive setting.

We’ve provided countless craft activities for children to ‘make & take’ whilst being entertained by our jovial Elves and we’ve introduced our heart-warming, baby reindeer Norbert to the centre with a moment to make environmentally friendly ‘Christmas Eve’ reindeer food which was loved by all.

In 2018 we decided to shake it up a bit and announce a crazy Nordic ‘ginger making’ chef character to throw a little slap-stick spin on the festive experience encouraging the children to magically grow their own Gingerbread trees to decorate and either ‘take away’ or mainly ‘eat’ on their way to meet Santa! Yum!

In 2019 we opened Santa’s Snow School and transformed the event space into a wacky laboratory. We got the opportunity to create some exciting characters and welcomed Professor Freeze, the eccentric scientist, and his crazy sidekick Auntie Freeze into this new experience. Visitors helped the dynamic duo create ‘Santa’s snow fuel’ to help power Santa’s magical flying sleigh.

If that wasn’t enough excitement, children were able to create their own test-tube of ‘Santa’s Snow-Nog’, a delicious hot chocolate concoction perfect for a cosy Christmas Eve treat.

Keep your eyes peeled for our brand new 2020 experience!
